Use of the Service
To use the Service, you must complete an order and provide the Company with certain information, including your Government issued photo ID and the document(s) you intend to have notarized.

Fees
Company charges a fee for the Service. The fee will vary depending on the speed of service requested, the number of signatures required, and other factors.

The Service is not a substitute for legal advice. Company is not a lawyer and cannot provide you with legal advice. If you have any questions about your documents, you should consult with a lawyer. While some of our notaries are lawyers, they are not your lawyer and you are not their client.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Time is of the essence in these Terms of Service.

Binding Effect
